What "runs in your browser" means

The site is a set of static files. There is no account, no database and no request logging. A tool that says it runs in your browser does its work in the page: the text you paste stays in the tab and disappears when you close it.

One of the four needs help from a server, and its page says so plainly: the prompt improver has to send your text to a model to do the work. The other three do their work in the page and keep working with the network switched off once it has loaded.

The cost estimator reads the same API price table published on this site, so a price it quotes carries the same date and the same source as the table.
